This condo lies in the heart of the original Jay Village, offering flexible living space for a larger family or group of families and friends and the best of jay's ski-on ski-off locations.. With two functioning kitchen / great rooms, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, everyone can have the space that they need. Access via private entrance with a mud room for leaving all the outdoor gear, in summer and in winter. Enjoy free parking, outside space and a balcony with a serene view into the woods.
The condo is situated over two floors, with the front door opening to a convenient mud room area that leads directly to the main floor kitchen and great room. The seating area is comfortable and spacious, with a cozy gas fire. There are two bedrooms, one king master, with an ensuite bath / shower room and a second bedroom with a twin over queen bunk bed suitable for adults and kids. The great room area has a sofa bed for an additional 2 people if necessary. Downstairs, there is another full condo, with a separate kitchen / great room area should you need it, and direct access to the garden. The bedroom layout is very similar to the upstairs, making this the perfect spot for a couple of families to share, or to allow the 'kids' to have their own space downstairs. The basement floor is extremely light, with full length windows out to the garden and high ceilings.
Access to the ski slopes couldn't be easier. From the front door, is is literally a matter of steps to where you slide to the lift. The condo is situated on the Grammy Jay trail, just below the bridge on the RHS going down. The trail leads to the Village Chair.
There is space for 2-3 cars directly outside the condo.
The entire condo is available for use.

Jay is a perfect retreat from anywhere offering amazing skiing and snowshoeing from November through April, a championship golf course when the snow is melted, a top class ice rink and of course, the biggest water park for miles around!! This is all in the resort grounds, just moments away, you will find beautiful hiking, mountain biking, fishing, horseback riding and swimming in the area. Explore the rivers and swimming holes, go antiquing, visit the local dairy farms, enjoy the amazing foliage. Take a boat trip on the lake or go canoeing down river rapids. Jay Peak is a great destination for outdoor enthusiasts all year-round.
A car is helpful to get around. Shuttle service is very good within the Jay Village and runs late into the evening.
The Tram Base and Water Park are a short 10 minute walk away. The free Jay Peak shuttle runs year-round between the condos, Tram Base and Stateside and stops right by the condo.
Take advantage of the many fun amenities at Jay Peak, including the Pumphouse Indoor Water Park, Ice Skating Arena with café and bar, Spa and Fitness Center, Nordic Ski and Snowshoe Center, and many new restaurants and bars at the mountain. Also, newly added is the "Clips and Reels" Recreation Center at Stateside. The new Rec Center hosts a movie theater, arcade and clip-in ropes and climbing course. There’s lots to do all year round for the whole family!
Access to the Jay amenities are not included with the booking but day passes can be purchased from the resort. Finally, access to the concert amphitheater is a 5 min walk, great for proximity if you want to be there, but great for privacy if you don't want to be disturbed!!

It is a small property management company that takes pride in renting well appointed vacation properties in ski towns. I am British born and bred and moved to the east coast US in 2005. I passionately skied for several years with my 4 children, in Jay Peak, Vermont, but after visiting Utah a couple of times, made the move to Park City in 2012. We adore the life here, summer and winter. Utah is a mecca for outdoor enthusiasts and I am delighted to be able to share some of my family's passion with our guests. We would love to give recommendations of favorite places to visit, places to ski, places to bike and hike. We'd love to hear your stories too. As relative newcomers to Park City we are always exploring and constantly enjoying the discovery of new places and things to see and do.

Cancellation Policy: Guest receives 100 % if cancellation occurs at least 60 days before arrival; No refunds within 60 days of arrival.-All renters will be required to sign the renter agreement, that will be emailed immediately after booking
-This is a small community and guests are expected to maintain quiet hours between 10pm and 7 am.
-A $300 security deposit hold will be placed on the guest's card 2 days before arrival and released 7 days from departure.
- There is a mud room at the entrance. All outdoor footwear must be removed before entering the house.
- Absolutely no smoking within 20 ft of the property. Security deposit will be taken if this is violated.
- Absolutely no animals, not even small, friendly, non-shedding, well behaved. Sorry!
