This condo lies in the heart of the original Jay Village, offering flexible living space for a family or group of friends. With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, everyone can have the space that they need. Access via private entrance with a mud room for leaving all the outdoor gear, in summer and in winter. Enjoy free parking, outside space and a balcony with a serene view into the woods.
Spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath condominium in one of the best ski-in, ski-out locations at Jay Peak Resort. Located right on the Grammy Jay trail, so you can step out the front door and ski/ride right onto the trail. Literally no walking required! There is an additional, identical condo that connects if you would like more space or are visiting with multiple families. Please enquire regarding availability.
The fully-equipped cook’s kitchen is the center of the condo, providing a place to enjoy company, cook a wonderful meal or feed the kids! Relax in the large living area by the cozy brick hearth with gas fireplace after a day on the slopes, and enjoy the flat screen HD TV and selection of board games. French doors lead to the deck that looks out over the woods and trails.
The condo sleeps up to 7 people. The master suite has a king bed with attached full bathroom and large closet. The second bedroom has a twin over double bunk. There is a double sofabed in the living area. All linens, pillows and blankets are provided. The condo is equipped with washer and dryer, outdoor ski locker and wireless internet.
You will be provided with an access code for the unit in advance of your stay and can contact me with questions etc before, during and after your stay.
This is a quiet, rural neighborhood, full of wildlife and beauty. There is much development at jay, but this condo was built in the earlier round, and as such is now well established and is beautiful in summer and fall.
The shuttle is very convenient and runs regularly though the day until late at night. Alternatively, walking and driving to the two bases is very easy. It is less than half a mile to the Children's Adventure center and stateside hotel and less than a mile to the Jay Hotel and Tramside base.
The Tram Base and Water Park are a short 10 minute walk away. The free Jay Peak shuttle runs year-round between the condos, Tram Base and Stateside and stops right by the condo.
Take advantage of the many fun amenities at Jay Peak, including the Pumphouse Indoor Water Park, Ice Skating Arena with café and bar, Spa and Fitness Center, Nordic Ski and Snowshoe Center, and many new restaurants and bars at the mountain. Also, newly added is the "Clips and Reels" Recreation Center at Stateside. The new Rec Center hosts a movie theater, arcade and clip-in ropes and climbing course. There’s lots to do all year round for the whole family!
Access to the Jay amenities are not included with the booking but day passes can be purchased from the resort. Finally, access to the concert amphitheater is a 5 min walk, great for proximity if you want to be there, but great for privacy if you don't want to be disturbed!!

My name is Susie Townshend and I started my business, Mountainside Treasures, in 2013. It is a small property management company that takes pride in renting well appointed vacation properties in ski towns. I am British born and bred and moved to the east coast US in 2005. I passionately skied for several years with my 4 children, in Jay Peak, Vermont, but after visiting Utah a couple of times, made the move to Park City in 2012. We adore the life here, summer and winter. Utah is a mecca for outdoor enthusiasts and I am delighted to be able to share some of my family's passion with our guests. We would love to give recommendations of favorite places to visit, places to ski, places to bike and hike. We'd love to hear your stories too. As relative newcomers to Park City we are always exploring and constantly enjoying the discovery of new places and things to see and do.

Cancellation Policy: Guest receives 100 % if cancellation occurs at least 60 days before arrival; No refunds within 60 days of arrival.-All renters will be required to sign the renter agreement, that will be emailed immediately after booking
-This is a small community and guests are expected to maintain quiet hours between 10pm and 7 am.
-A $300 security deposit hold will be placed on the guest's card 2 days before arrival and released 7 days from departure.
- There is a mud room at the entrance. All outdoor footwear must be removed before entering the house.
- Absolutely no smoking within 20 ft of the property. Security deposit will be taken if this is violated.
- Absolutely no animals, not even small, friendly, non-shedding, well behaved. Sorry!
