This is a must see townhouse in Lower Deer Valley, within walking distance from the Snow Park Lodge and less than a mile from Park City Main Street. Enjoy the wonderful skiing and return to a magnificent home from home to finish your day.

This wonderful townhouse is on 3 floors. The main floor has a large well stocked kitchen with high end appliances, a dining and bar area, and a cozy living area by the fire, with 50" flatscreen TV. Upstairs, there are 3 beautiful appointed bedrooms decorated in chic mountain style, all with newly renovated ensuite bathrooms. 2 are King and the 3rd has two twin beds. The 4th bedroom is on the main floor, and has two twin XL bunk beds. as well as a newly renovated ensuite bathroom. The ground floor has a double garage and mud room area, with boot heaters and ample pegs and lockers to store equipment safely.
This house is perfect for a larger group of adults, two families or one large family.
It's proximity to Deer Valley skiing is amazing. Within a couple of hundred yards, you are at the Snowpark Lodge, and if that even seems too far to walk, there is a free shuttle to take you there.
Proximity to Park City is also great. The condo is less than a mile from the Park City Main Street and 5-10 mins on the bus from Park City resort. All the options are there, you just need the time to try them all out!!!

The entire house is available for the enjoyment of our guests.

Before check in you will receive a letter with all the details for getting to 46 Potters Lane and how to access the keys etc. There are no lengthy trips to agencies etc, you can arrive at any time and let yourself in. I will also provide you with a ton of information on preferred taxis, ski rental companies, things to do in town etc.

'In the Trees' is a touch of paradise at the base of Deer Valley Resort. It is so close that you can easily walk to the slopes, yet it is tucked away off the main road and away from the bustle. The back yard is a gem, with the private hot tub nestled into the aspen trees and no other buildings in sight.

The property is walking distance to Deer Valley Resort.

There is a free DV shuttle that collects every 10-15 mins from the end of the road and goes to Snow Park Lodge.

Also at the bottom of the road is the free Park City Transit bus, that takes you either to Deer Valley or Park City.

I am British born and bred and moved to the east coast US in 2005. I passionately skied for several years with my 4 children, in Jay Peak, Vermont, but after visiting Utah a couple of times, made the move to Park City in 2012. We adore the life here, summer and winter. Utah is a mecca for outdoor enthusiasts and I am delighted to be able to share some of my family's passion with our guests. We would love to give recommendations of favorite places to visit, places to ski, places to bike and hike. We'd love to hear your stories too. As relative newcomers to Park City we are always exploring and constantly enjoying the discovery of new places and things to see and do.

You will be spoilt for choice between the two master bedroom suites. The first, has a romantic gas fireplace and 40" flatscreen TV for you to catch a moment of peace. The newly renovated ensuite bathroom with double vanities is part of the package. The second master suite also boasts a Kingsize bed, with a brand new mattress, a 40" flatscreen TV and a full ensuite bathroom.
The third bedroom suite has two twin beds, flatscreen TV and a large ensuite, including jetted corner tub, double vanities and a large walk in shower. Sliding glass doors lead to a fully private, ground level patio where there is a luxury top of the range spa / hot tub and seating area to enjoy the tranquility of the area. The fourth bedroom is on the main floor has two twin XL bunk beds, a 40" flat screen TV with DVD and an ensuite shower room.

Cancellation Policy: Guest receives 100 % if cancellation occurs at least 60 days before arrival; No refunds within 60 days of arrival.

-All renters will be required to sign the renter agreement, that will be emailed immediately after booking
-This is a small community and guests are expected to maintain quiet hours between 10pm and 7 am.
-A $300 security deposit hold will be placed on the guest's card 2 days before arrival and released 7 days from departure.
- There is a mud room at the entrance. All outdoor footwear must be removed before entering the house.
- Absolutely no smoking within 20 ft of the property. Security deposit will be taken if this is violated.
- Absolutely no animals, not even small, friendly, non-shedding, well behaved. Sorry!
